Greek grilled chicken wing marinade ingredients

These wings are incredibly flavorful thanks to an easy Greek marinade that is made with a few simple ingredients that you likely already have in your pantry. To make the marinade for these wings you’ll need:

  • fresh lemon juice

  • red wine vinegar

  • garlic

  • dried oregano

  • spices and seasonings

Once you make the simple marinade, all you have to do is let your chicken wings marinate for 30 minutes or overnight. The longer you let the wings marinade, the more flavorful they’ll be so I highly recommend letting them marinate overnight.

After the wings have marinated it’s time to fire up your grill and cook your wings! Once the wings are cooked and crispy, I like to finish them off with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice before serving for an even bigger burst of flavor.
