What to Make This Week #01

Oh, hi! Starting something brand new today that will, hopefully, help make your week easier and more delicious! One of the common requests I get from y’all is for meal plans and grocery lists that help take some of the guess work out of eating healthy all week long. Believe me, I get it. We’re all busy doing what can feel like a billion things during the week, and if we don’t plan, eating healthy balanced meals can easily be put on the back burner.

So, to help you out, every week I’ll be sharing three healthy recipes that you can make each week. These recipes will be easy, perfect for meal prep, and simple. They won’t take you a ton of time to make and you could probably make all three in just an hour!

The best part? I’m also giving you a completely FREE grocery list that you can download, print, and take to the grocery store. Each week’s grocery list will include all of the items you need to make that week’s recipes. See? It’s all laid out for you, simple and easy! If you’re subscribed to my email list, then this downloadable grocery list is already in your inbox. If you haven’t signed up yet, now is the perfect time! Just scroll to the bottom of this post and add your email address.

If you make any of these dishes don’t forget to tag me @allthehealthythings and use the hashtag #allthehealthythings in your photos. It helps spread the word about ATHT recipes, plus I absolutely love seeing what you make in your kitchens. I so appreciate you sharing them with your friends and family! Have fun cooking this week!

#1 Sea Salt Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Bites

These Sea Salt Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Bites are the perfect healthy snack to munch on all year long! Made with creamy peanut butter and all natural maple syrup or honey, these peanut butter bites are a wholesome treat that satisfies your sweet tooth without a ton of excess sugar. They pack a punch of fiber with the addition of gluten-free oats and chia seeds, and the chocolate chips and crunchy sea salt on top add a whole new level of deliciousness. Make a batch of these little bites to keep in your fridge or freezer and you’ll always have a healthy snack option ready to go!

#2 Loaded Breakfast Egg Muffins

These Loaded Breakfast Muffins are an extra special treat because not only are they filling, they pack a punch of flavor as well. These little egg muffins are packed with ground sausage, red peppers, and shredded potatoes so you won’t be starving twenty minutes after you eat them. Because, like I always say, what’s the point of eating something if you’re only going to be hungry minutes later? Then they’re covered in a flavorful egg mixture that holds everything together in the perfect bite-sized cup.

This easy Whole30 Five-Minute Classic Chicken Salad makes for the perfect summer salad! Try pairing it with mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, and balsamic vinegar for a healthy lunch or dinner!
