What to Make This Week #02

Happy Sunday! I’m back with the second edition of ‘What to Make This Week’!

If you missed last week’s post, meal plans and grocery lists are at the top of mind for this community and I completely understand. To help you out, every week I’ll be sharing a list of three healthy recipes that you can easily work into your weekly rotation. These recipes will be easy, perfect for meal prep, and simple. They won’t take you a ton of time to make and you could probably make all three in about an hour!

The best part? I’m also giving you a completely FREE grocery list that you can download, print, and take to the grocery store. Each week’s grocery list will include all of the items you need to make that week’s recipes as well as serving suggestions and meal prep tips. If you’re subscribed to my email list, then this downloadable grocery list is already in your inbox. If you haven’t signed up yet, now is the perfect time! Just scroll to the bottom of this post and add your email address.

If you make any of these dishes don’t forget to tag me @allthehealthythings and use the hashtag #allthehealthythings in your photos. It helps spread the word about ATHT recipes, plus I absolutely love seeing what you make in your kitchens. I so appreciate you sharing them with your friends and family! Have fun cooking this week!
