Easy Buffalo Chicken Salad

  • 1 tbsp avocado or coconut oil

  • 4 chicken breasts

  • garlic powder

  • onion powder

  • paprika

  • pink salt

  • 1 1/2c buffalo sauce (I used this kind)


  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Season your chicken breast with a little salt and a few shakes of garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

  3. Once the oil is hot, sear the chicken breast on each side until brown.

  4. Pour the buffalo sauce over the breast and lower the heat. Simmer the chicken in the sauce, on low heat, until the chicken is tender and shreddable.

  5. Shred the chicken in the sauce and serve on top of mixed greens with fresh veggies and dairy-free ranch.
